NARM (the NeuroAffective Relational Model)

NARM is a gentle, present-oriented therapy for healing complex trauma. Rather than just recounting the past, it helps clients understand how outdated childhood survival strategies are creating stress and blocking healthy relationships in their adult lives.

DBR (Deep Brain Reorienting)

Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) is a body-based therapy designed to process trauma at its deepest neurological root—the brainstem. Instead of dwelling on past memories, it helps heal the emotional "shock" of traumatic events by tracking subtle physical tension in the head, neck, and face.
